I have taken it to Fletcher Jones MBZ and Foothill Ranch MBZ
for servicing and repairs and the experience was always frustrating, time consuming, and way too expensive. The vibe was always "they were doing me a favor" by agreeing to work on my 25 year old E 320. NOT THE CASE with Star Motor Werks!
Geoff and his staff also work as a "family" and treat my Benz with that kind of care and concern. Having owned four Mercedes since 1972, STAR MOTOR WERKS has provided me with the very best service ever! I cannot recommend these professionals enough. So, IF your Mercedes is part of your family, give it the same treatment you will get from Geoff and his crew.

i had some issues with my car and needed a part removal. i explained to them the issue i was having a
nd they understood right away. they removed the part and everything was fixed. they worked very quickly, got the job done within 2 hours.
