Took my wife's Ram 1500 to Tradewinds after it had been at another shop to diagnose and fix front end
noise. The previous shop replaced a few components but noise continued. I suspected the struts may be worn out but Tradewinds diagnosed and identified the issue as sway bar bushings. They told me struts were fine and didn't try to sell me parts I didn't need. Bushings were ordered and replaced next day. I appreciate the fact that they're honest and have integrity. I can't say that about the other shop the truck had been to previously. Thank you Tradewinds.

t was the steering stabilizer but it’s on back order. Still waiting for them to call. Ken Jr. transformed my new Jeep into a way better vehicle than Jeep did. Had no idea how much better it could be. I would recommend having him go thru and upgrading my Jeep even before the problems happen. Every time I drive my Jeep I’m thankful I found Ken’s . I came from 3 hours away and couldn’t be happier. Thanks for doing what you do. My Jeep is finally what it should’ve been to start with. It’s so fun to drive a Jeep that drives like a sports car. My wife loves it to ! She didn’t like to drive my last 4 Jeeps. Thanks!

I typically do my own maintenance and repairs but occasionally run into problems or repairs that ar t
oo extensive for my tools/skill/garage. C&P is always willing to fix the problem and charges reasonably as well. I dont go there often (because I do my own work) but when I do, they always exceed my expectations. I will continue taking problems to thwm.as they arise, they are on of the only companies I trust to do in-depth work to include welding specialty parts for aftermarket upgrades.
