I worked with Ramon, who was both knowledgeable and customer-centric, explaining the extent and neces
sity of specific repairs in easily understood language. He sent me photos of the replaced parts and the repair completion was timely. I wasn’t a fan of the 4% upcharge for use of a credit card (seems excessive) but overall, my experience with Miami Benz was a 10 out of 10, which is not something I can say about almost any other auto repair experience (except for Green’s Garage in the Gables, who are also excellent).

eable and patient than the dealer, and their prices are lower. I have never been overcharged or upsold by British & German Autoworks, and I would recommend them over the dealer.
