I own a 2015 Honda Accord with manual transmission. Although my husband and I suspected it would be t
he clutch, much sooner than expected, while on the freeway it completely STOPPED! This was around 5:00pm/weekday in which case I immediately thought to myself that the dealership would closed,m. Sure enough, it was. My son recommended Frank @ SVT AUTO SOLUTIONS. We called Frank and he was more than Welcoming. He said he was available and can wait for our tow. As soon as we arrived, he, my husband and the tow driver immediately securely parked the car then Frank said “don't worry, first think tomorrow, I will reach out to you to let you know what I find”. Sure enough, early morning the next day he texted me the results of his findings, including an estimate with a full breakdown of the charges. His prices appearing to me as fair, I immediately gave the OK. He asked for a small deposit to begin the work and I of course accepted. I love how seamless the entire process was. I sent the requested deposit via Zelle and car was ready for pickup within those 48 hours. Tuesday IN-Thursday OUT. I definitely recommend Frank. He far exceeded my expectations of a small auto shop. I really appreciate his professionalism, knowledge and courtesy. He is very personable. Thank you Frank. Definitely a 10 out of 10!!
