When I walked in the door, I was greeted by name (on my very first visit), and with a smile! Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. The waiting area is very clean, and they have snacks and water as well. I got a clear run down of how my inspection went & a timeline to help me keep up with preventive maintenance in the future. Brought my car in with a check engine light on and they identified the problem and had it fixed in a
day. They explained what was causing the problem and even showed me the flawed parts. They also got it ready to be smogged immediately after pickup. They were very friendly and helpful and trustworthy. I will be bringing all my cars to first choice auto from now on. Highly recommended!
