As promised, he called me and reviewed what needed to be done and obtained my consent - I appreciated that. No surprises! I went to KD because my ford was experiencing issues, and I was really worried about the state of the
car. The initial turnaround went a bit over than what was expected, but the entire time the team kept me in the loop and asked permission for everything, which I was grateful for. When the car was finally done, One of them even took me in the garage and showed me exactly what went wrong with my water pump and showed me how the part was malfunctioning, which no one had ever done before so I really appreciated that! Overall, great experience. If you need to fix your car, KD will do it right.
