I came to the repair shop thinking I needed a new catalytic converter because of my check engine ligh
t, Mark explained to me that I needed an oxygen sensor and that would fix the problem. Light is still off and I'm able to get my inspection. I'm glad that these guys are honest catalytic converters are EXPENSIVE!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS OVER ANY OTHER REPAIR SHOP IN DURHAM.

Our car had a problem on the interstate that produced a significant front end shimmy and we had to ha
ve it towed by AAA. AAA recommended Byrd's Automotive in Pascagoula, MS. When we arrived with our car, David had the car inspected almost immediately by Ronnie, one of the mechanics. We were worried that it was a serious problem, but after inspection, Ronnie quickly found the problem--a tire separation! David sent the tire down the street for repair and it was back in no time. The wheel was replaced and the car road tested and we were back on the road after only a minor delay. Everyone at Byrd's was fantastic and did an excellent job of helping us out. Brenda was super keeping us company while we waited and offering us restaurant suggestions for our Orange Beach, AL destination. Very friendly group, excellent work, fair price, quick service. Can't say enough about how pleased we were with our experience at Byrd's. We certainly would recommend them for auto services. Glad we had the opportunity to meet them.
