I just took my 2014 Prius C to have the air condition checked, it wasn't blowing cold air. I dropped
my car off, got a ride back home and later was picked up so I could get my car. They are efficient, courteous and best of all reasonably priced for their work. I will never take my car back to a Toyota dealer for repairs. Thanks guys, you were great.

I took my car in thinking I had a transmission problem, they held my car for a couple hours then told
me my problem was a computer problem, much cheaper than a transmission, they did that for free, very next day my car runs like new cheaper than any where else, and they took the time to explain everything.

I had gone to another shop, and been told that the tie rod ends were shot. That they needed to be rep
laced before they could perform a front end alignment. I called Friendly for a second opinion. They performed their inspection and informed that they were not the cause of my problems. I had a broken strut. They sent me pictures of the broken parts and sent their recommendations. Friendly performed the repairs, and my car drives better than it has in a long time. Thank You. I wont be going back to the first shop.

e error codes on our car and discovered it was a recall issue and the dealer should repair for free. Instead of offering to do the work they charged me for the diagnostic and told me to go to the dealer. A few days later the repairs are done for free saving me thousands! We will be back for any other needs in the future!
