I just took my 2014 Prius C to have the air condition checked, it wasn't blowing cold air. I dropped
my car off, got a ride back home and later was picked up so I could get my car. They are efficient, courteous and best of all reasonably priced for their work. I will never take my car back to a Toyota dealer for repairs. Thanks guys, you were great.

I took my car in thinking I had a transmission problem, they held my car for a couple hours then told
me my problem was a computer problem, much cheaper than a transmission, they did that for free, very next day my car runs like new cheaper than any where else, and they took the time to explain everything.

I really appreciate Klipper Automotive for being able get my car in and serviced all in the same day.
As far as I can tell (see and hear), the work done to my vehicle was excellent. No more strange noises. No funny smells or rattles that weren't there when I dropped the car off. They are very professional here but also very down to earth. Getting the service done right the first time is more important to me than the cost though I would say the cost was about average for the type of work that I had done. I will definitely reach out to Klipper Automotive for any mechanical work needed in the future. Oh, Susie was great. A very nice (transplanted) fellow Chicagoan.
