I brought my car in to be checked due to a scraping noise associated with the brakes. The brake team
staff in the Broadway shop exhibited a high degree of social intelligence. The work that had to be done was more than I expected and they explained everything, showed me the parts on my car and even did some extra work for very little due to my financial status. Just had another oil change at PDX automotive. They put my car up on the rack and straighten out my
plastic skid pan in the front that had been snagged by something. They did it for no charge.

I’m grateful that the shop was open when I realized I had a flat tire from running over something on
the road. While it was minutes b fore closing time, they took my car and replaced the spare for me. It took them less time for that, than it did to fill out the forms.
