Phil came highly recommended by a trusted friend. I was given his card and told, "we love Phil!" My service was great, and Phil is very friendly. He even walked me to my car, gave me a hug, and welcomed me to the family. :)

A former coworker of mine recommended Norris Square and we never had a reason to look elsewhere, as it has always been great experience for us.
The front office staff is quite attentive and responsive.
Labor rates are competitive and the mechanics are happy to spend time explaining their diagnosis/describe the required repairs, rather than pushing unnecessary nonsense.
