Taking my Mini in for repairs is usually something I dread, right up there with visiting the dentist!
But M&R was a pleasant surprise. Not only did they do an excellent job with the repairs, they also kept me informed about what was going on throughout the process, with an accurate estimate of the cost and no hidden fees or extras in the final bill. Thank you Tara. My first visit to M&R was a really positive experience. I look forward to scheduluing my next. P.S. The best part? It genuinely feels like I'm working with a family friend - Mike keeps your best interests in mind and is clear when offering solutions.
