I can’t say enough good things about Mack Auto Repair. I’ve had many problems with my 2004 Nissan Xte
rra. My SUV is 22 yrs old but has less than 50,000 miles on it. With my latest problem, I called them on a Tuesday & spoke to Jason. I explained the noise my car was making & he gave me an appointment for Thursday. I explained to him that I really needed my car by Friday. I had to go out of town to help a friend who was having surgery. I had my fingers crossed. It turned out that he had to go to the junkyard to get a part & it should be ready by the end of the day on Friday. Jason called me at 2pm & told me my car was ready. I was so happy. And all this at a fair price. They have always been fair to me. They do good work at a good price. If you’re new to this area of town & you need a place to go to take your car, even if it’s just for an oil change. Try Macks.

My car had to be towed in. They were able to fit me in. The starter had to be replaced. I, also, had
issues with something getting clogged in the a/c system. They took it apart. They were not able to find the issue though when they put it back together it fixed the issue and they didn’t charge me for it since he didn’t know if he really fixed it. I appreciate the honesty. I would recommend them for sure.
