Once again, Kyle and Ernie treated us like family!! We had a check engine light in my 20-year old da
ughter's 2020 Hyundai Elantra SE and we did not think twice about calling JLS. I called immediately and Ernie's first words were "how soon can you get here?" The diagnostic check that JLS completes is second to none. They find EVERYTHING that can possibly cause an issue. What's even better is they tell you all of it, but they don't try to sell you on all of it. They are the most honest mechanic network I have ever encountered. Previously on 12/3/25, I wrote a review regarding my Jaguar F-Pace. Today, Kyle and his team mirrored my experience on 12/3. For anyone out there that needs work on their vehicle, JLS is honest and there prices are incredible. You may actually feel you underpaid for the quality of service they provide. They are a family doing business like family should. As I stated in my review on 12/3, we have found our lifelong mechanic team. There is no comparison out there. Absolutely amazing in all aspects!!! Over the weekend of this cold December the drive-side power window of my car decided to remain open.
It wouldn't close - I was driving around with plastic on it freezing. I called on Monday spoke with Rachel, fully expecting to hear "sorry we're booked solid until next week". Instead, she was incredibly understanding knowing dangerous to drive a car with no window in the winter and squeezed me in the next day. Window works perfect no more arctic blast. Cannot recommend Brians Automotive enough! True lifesavers the week before Christmas! Highly recommend!! Top notch, friendly, professional, great customer service and explain everything clearly. True family atmosphere! Thank you!!!

While vacationing in AMI, my Ford Bronco developed a strong malodor and smoke appeared under the hood
. As I was checking out of the VRBO the very next morning, I was preparing to make alternative travel plans back to Michigan if my car was not functional. Johnny was SO understanding and prompt in his attention to my dilemma! He attended to the vehicle early that afternoon! While the source of the odor was not identified, he thoroughly inspected it, drove it around the island and gave me the green light to drive home the next day. I am still SO appreciative to his attentiveness that day as he truly understood my predicament! Forever grateful!
