I am modifying my review on the previous rating. The situation I had was addressed. When I visit the
facility I find the staff to be friendly and helpful.
There have been many times when they have provided me with a meal, which is unheard of at other shops. I understand the business has been in operation for decades and is continuing to operate under the same family.
There was a misunderstanding between myself and the shop. I would recommend this unique family oriented business.

Car started acting up last night and the engine light came on. I called Michelle’s around 8:30 in the
morning, they told me to bring the car in. Dropped the car off about 9:30. They called within an hour with the diagnosis and a quote. Picked up my car about 1:30 pm, all taken care of. Price was good and there was no up sell. Best experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic.
