I took my car to ganas late yesterday because my car wouldn't stop I needed them to check it ASAP but
they were about to close they aloud me to live it there over night and start fixing it fits thing in the morning they called me with a fear price and got it fix now I drive filing very safe thank you gama tires and Carlos the tech that helped me.

I had not made an appointment but urgently needed the engine splash shield reattached because it was
hanging down. They were open to squeezing me in and were quick to start. It was somewhat of a short wait time and satisfactory end result.

Titan Automotive stands for Honesty, Integrity and Professionalism because this review is being writt
en with a 5 Star rating, not for fixing the problem on my car, but the response by the owner after not being able to correct the problem. After three attempts and several parts being changed out the problem was not resolved. I then received a call from the owner apologizing for their inability to be able to correct it( an electrical issue) and informing me he was returning the entire amount of money that I had spent. This amounted to well over $2,000.00 which included labor and parts. I was not asked to return any of the items installed in my car and the check arrived at my house two days later. I want to state in the past other issues have been resolved regarding my car by them with procession expertise. Needlessly to say I will continue to do business with Titan Automotive in the future and I highly recommend others seek out their services.
