I have been taking my 12 year old Audi Q5 to Fast Lane European for the last 3 years, and have had so
me major repairs done there totaling > $8K. Each time, I have been presented with a clear and itemized estimate and the support staff was technical enough to explain to me exactly what the issue was and how severe, and back it up with photos. The final invoices have been very close to the original estimates. While I am not a car expert, I have not had any issues post-repair and I have good belief that they were done using genuine OEM parts and with care. I also appreciate the complementary car wash after each major repair.
