y car to 2 other major franchises before and no one could figure it out what was wrong (randomly wouldn't start, and then after hours start again). Others suggest me many different repairs, without being sure about the problem. Dani in 1 hour was able to figure it out with confidence, and the car was done soon after. The costumer service is amazing, everyone there was very warm, empathetic, and nice. Dani also explains everything that is going on, and gave me a very good deal. I was suffering with this problem for 3 months, and can't thank them enough for fixing it. I will recommend to everyone and keep coming back.

Excellent thorough service
Had to have my car towed to Gen.Auto.Repair because V6 engine suddenly developed coughing, sputtering
, missing, & unsafe to drive. At over 177,000 miles, worried that engine was failing. Thorough assessment and repair determined the problem being Spark Plug#2 and old wiring was the issue. All 6 spark plugs replaced, some wiring replaced, and engine happily purrs. This Auto repair center never fails! It's the best, and while I live 18 miles away (they used to be located downtown San Diego), they're my No.1 service center! Professional; thorough; friendly; honest; very fair pricing.
