I had an urgent issue around the holidays and even though their online calendar was booked up, they took me in right before they were closing for the new year break. After inspection, they discovered I had an issue with an expensive part for my hybrid vehicle. Todd and their team informed me of a service bulletin for the part and a possible extended warranty and suggested I get it repaired at the dealer. Even gave me the paperwork so I could go to the dealership feeling informed and prepared to get coverage. Super nice staff there.
