brought it back next day for a different issue and they took me in right away and fixed the issue no questions asked. They are hardworking and real honest guys. I took a chance on an unknown shop with great reviews, and they definitely did not disappoint. I brought my Veracruz in for two recall notices. Appointments were booked out two and a half months,
but since Covid, I suppose that's normal. Staff was very friendly, from the man checking in my car, to the employee welcoming me into the facility, and the service provider behind the counter. The facility is dismal and drab and rundown looking. No amenities for the wait, only one chair to sit on, but again, the staff was cheery and pleasant. They were able to do one recall job, but couldn't diagnose why my airbag light was staying on. They said they could replace the airbag mechanism for $1500. No thanks! I hope my airbag will open when it's supposed to! Glad to hear they are moving to new facilities - the employees deserve a fresher place to work!
