A former coworker of mine recommended Norris Square and we never had a reason to look elsewhere, as it has always been great experience for us.
The front office staff is quite attentive and responsive.
Labor rates are competitive and the mechanics are happy to spend time explaining their diagnosis/describe the required repairs, rather than pushing unnecessary nonsense.
Needed a disabled car extracted from a busy congested Whole Foods parking lot. Driver was very adept
with maneuvering the truck and getting car on the wrecker. He was very friendly as where those back at the shop.

I recently had to deal with the unfortunate experience of a car accident that resulted in my vehicle
being declared a total loss. I brought my car to S. Murphy Auto Body and I have to say, they made a difficult situation much more manageable.
From the moment I contacted them the staff was professional, compassionate, and attentive. They explained the process clearly, communicated with my insurance company directly, and kept me updated every step of the way. I never felt left in the dark. They even helped me clean out my car which looked like I lived in it.
Even though my car couldn’t be saved, they handled everything with care and integrity—from the inspection to the final paperwork. They also answered all my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed or dismissed.
