I lost the transmission on a 2017 GMC Yukon XL with 116K miles. After shopping around for a new and
then used care I decided it would be far more cost effective to keep this vehicle running with a rebuilt tranny and brake job. It took a week but I got it back and it’s running smoothly now. Less expensive than the GMC dealership, same warranty and easy to work with,.

I've been taking my vehicles to Panos for a couple years now. They've always done great work for me b
ut I'd like to share about a recent experience where they truly went above and beyond for us.
We have had car trouble with a vehicle we recently purchased over the last few months. The defect in the car is not currently covered by warranty. There is currently a lawsuit against the manufacturer for the defect, but we've had to bear the expense for now and hope ours doesn't have the issue outlined in the suit or be accepted as one of the many plaintiffs on the case.
Tim and the rest of the Panos team have been super kind to us, helped us borrow a loaner vehicle to keep our small business running when we desperately needed it, and been more than fair in their dealings with us in a way that I don't many other mechanic shops would... certainly not dealerships nor the majority of larger shops!
This group is truly honest, fair and exceptional in what they do! I can't recommend them enough to anyone seeking great service with a business they can trust.

I give them 10 stars out of 5! This is still the best shop in the state! After 27 years an
d all kinds of different car repair needs, I can undoubtedly say they are the best! I have heard horror stories of other shops from numerous people, which just confirms my statement. I would/will never go to a different shop, even if they're busy and can't get me in immediately, which is pretty rare, bc they are so efficient. Even if it's something they don't typically do, Sandy will tell you where the best place to take it is and usually knows the head person to talk to and even knows the phone number! I'm currently having transmission problems and he knew which place could repair and which ones will just tell you that it just has to be replaced. I trust them with all of my vehicle repair needs and even more! I am not related to anyone there, but they have always treated me like family! Always excellent service. Sandy really knows what he's doing and is a great guy to boot! Highly recommended!

My toyota had an issue with a fuse, and there were a lot of fuses, but Scott handled it with care and
got me back on the road quickly. He even took me back to my job and picked me up so that I wouldn't miss work time. The price was fair and the service was fantastic. I highly recommend Scott and his team.
