& had our car by 5:30 same day..I Will be honest and say I do not like taking my cars to dealership because of High cost, but needed to in this case. Our Service advisor..Daniel Chavez called my wife and I at least 3 times with updates/options.He was extremely patient & helpful.If need to, I will come back??

Reynaldo was very accommodating and communicated with me. I had my bad luck of a car towed for what I
thought was going to be my starter. He have me a quote and after a very stressful experience with AAA due to towing issues. Reynaldo delivered me same day that my engine was dead. He allowed me a couple of days to figure out what to do. I want to a day to him, the help that was so simple from you meant a lot to me as far as customer service. Thank you.
