it to Ichiban and had a full inspection done and found the issues on my Husband steering wheel that two other shops could not figure out. Ichiban handled our car with care and Even went above and beyond what we initially requested to have done it shows that they really care about the product and the quality that they are delivering. My husband and I appreciate everyone at Ichiban autos and will continue to have our car services with them.

Complements to Paul and Daniel (Dan) at Rohnert park GandC
today Sept 22,2021 I drove over to the Rohnert Park G and C to have my front bumper looked at.It came
a little loose on passenger side. I was immediately met by Paul. He came out to look at my front bumper and assessed the issue. He need Daniel(Dan) to have the right part to fix the issue. After a short while the issue was fixed and ready to go. I can't tell you how appreciated their concern and rapid service was. All smiles from them and me. This team is always fast and reliable. They have some amazing prices and so easy to work with. They
did a complete brake job and rotors for my BMW 535i. Even had a chance to speak with the technician who also gave me other tips about my car. (Very knowledgeable) I have found myself using them more and more for minor things. I refer them to anyone I know. Its hard to find a reliable shop that can do great work on a foreign vehicle.

I took my Honda Civic in for dent removal and touch up paint work. They were able to remove a large d
ent in back quarter panel and made the car look like new. Actual price was below estimate. Staff was efficient and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this body shop to others.

The exterior repair and paint quality look great, and overall I’m satisfied.
However, some interior
clips (seat belt/airbag trim) were damaged or not properly secured during the repair.
Minor issue, but more attention to interior details would be appreciated.
