Everyone we worked with was so helpful and kind (shout-out to Mikah specifically!). They did a great
job with the repair, and they kept us informed throughout. We decided to pay out-of-pocket, and Mikah checked in with us before every step of the process to let us know if/how the estimate had changed (it really didn't, except for once when something ended up less expensive than anticipated) and to make sure we were still okay with proceeding. They finished the repair much more quickly than anticipated, and it looks fantastic. As a final very sweet touch, there was even a rose waiting for us in the car when we picked it up! While I hope we don't need to go back any time soon, Old Dominion absolutely has my business for any repairs we might need in future, and I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.
