t up and got there like 2 mins after they had closed the office and they were on their cars ready to go home. They saw me and asked me if I needed anything and told them that I was there to pick up my car and they told not to worry about it. They opened up their office and went to get up my car. While this was happening the rest of the crew were still on the parking lot waiting. Outstanding service, thank you!!

I was devastated when my beautiful burgundy 2015 Ford Focus hatchback was banged up by a driver who b
acked into it at a bank three weeks ago. It was bad enough that the front end was hit by a hit and run driver three months ago. However our insurance set us up with car star immediately. They told us it would probably take a month. However it only took a week to fix both the front and back. They kept me updated almost daily and they were very friendly! My car (we call her Barbie) looks absolutely gorgeous! Even the tiny scratches from careless people in parking lots are gone! My husband is already recommending Carstar to everyone he talks to! d be totaled. Fortunately, due to the diligence of Gerber Collision and my insurance company, it was fixed up, and looks better than when I brought it in!
