Thanks Erica and Gregory my Genesis drives like it's NEW
I had problems with my battery and transmission. Erica the service writer me me at my car and listene
d to my problems. What really felt great was that I am a 100% disabled veteran and Erica and several service employees thanked me for my service. Erica advised that mechanic Gregory would give my vehicle a free inspection. Erica then sent me a Msg with a video of the inspection. The video showed the inspection being performed. My battery was dead and I needed a new one. Gregory fixed the problem with the transmission. I reviewed the list of items that needed care. Erica msg me saying that the battery had to be ordered and could be delivered with in two hours. Two hours later my Genesis was ready.
I took a drive down to Coconut Creek and my Genesis drove like it was brand new.
Thank you North Palm Hyundia for having great employees. Erica and Gregory did a great Job on my car. While I was paying my bill the service manager Bryan asked me if I was happy with the service my Genesis received. Told him how happy I was with everything. Be back next week as I will extra work done.
