First 5k miles, Solid but not stellar
The fuel economy is very good - 33 MPG in my first 5k miles mixed city/highway driving, generally hilly area. I leave it in economy as much as I can. If I drove less frequently on the highway (at ~70mph), fuel economy would probably be closer to 35-36.
Instruments are laid out well. The dual climate control saves wrangling the controls with my spouse. The visors have a nifty extension that lets you move them into the sun.
They did a nice job with lots of 12V outlets - two in front, one for the rear passengers, and one in the cargo area. Pop a 12V to high-output USB and everyone can have power.
I like having more clearance, something especially useful recently in Seattle Snowpocalypse 2019. However, because it's higher up, it seems to slide more than, say, my Subaru.
Adaptive cruise control is pretty sweet. It does tend to brake aggressively if you're following someone exiting off a freeway.
Drawbacks:
The backup camera lens easily gets dirty in inclement weather.
On the hybrid, the rear seat doesn't fold back all the way down because the battery is underneath. I can barely fit one bike in the back.
Entune is disappointing - about five years behind the other systems. Some functions are confounding (e.g., you can define waypoints, but then not use them in traffic estimates). Some of the settings only work when the vehicle is stopped, meaning my passenger can't help me out. Shortly after I purchased, they removed Pandora and Facebook places (um, thanks?). What I really want is CarPlay so I can use Google Maps or Spotify on the big screen. Unfortunately, there's no upgrade path.
