Wonderful, dependable and comfortable
What attracted my wife and I to the Santa Fe was the excellence of an Elantra I previously purchased, the warranty, the superior sales and service offered by Eckert Hyundai and the stylish appearance of our Santa Fe. Stan Becker, our salesman, knew what my wife wanted but didn't have exactly the car in stock. We bought the closest thing to it. When we went to pick the car up, an exact match was sitting on the transport truck. Instead of rushing the sale through, Stan told us of the car on the truck. Because of his desire to satisfy his customer, we were able to buy what my wife wanted instead of compromising on "almost" what she wanted. GREAT CUSTOMER CARE! The service department has the same reputation for meeting our needs. Twice, I have asked for a service to be performed on one of our cars to have a service employee recommend something better. All employees I've dealt with at Eckert Hyundai have desired to meet my family's needs in a professional manor.
