Battery issue

Dark current drained brand new battery twice in 2 months, dealership not sure fixed problem and service department told me it is an issue with new Santa Fe hybrids

Love my Santa Fe Hybrid, but could love it a little more

Nice size: small enough to get around parking lots, but large enough for transporting stuff, people and taking road trips. I'm happy with the overall visual design, except that the backend looks too much like a minivan. Some electronic features are frustrating. Mileage range and infrequency of having to fill up is nice.

Best vehicle I’ve ever owned

My Hyundai Sante Fe Hybrid is the best vehicle I’ve ever owned. The safety features are incredible and have helped me change my driving habits. I am constantly looking at when I am using EV power vs gas power. And I always thy to get into EV mode as much as possible. I love this SUV.

Sante Fe Calligraphy Hybrid FWD

Have been beyond happy since day one. This car is so deep with features, a year in I'm still learning. Having worked for a luxury car dealer, my standards were way above my pockets, but Hyundai has managed to provide everything I wanted in a vehicle. Only thing missing is AWD (none available and didn't wait for delivery) and active/tunable suspension. I'm enjoying my first hybrid system, that keeps me at 30+ MPG even when the family and petrol are loaded. The driveability is 10/10. Seemless engine power transition between EV and engine. Regular OTA updates to the infotainment keeps it fresh like getting cell phone updates. I'm all about the driver profiles and customizations, which is top 3 likes for me. The Bluelink system, myHyundai app and vehicle controls from the phone way beyond anything I expected and another top 3 for me. The dash/center console layout is perfect. The Nappa leather is EVERYTHING. Crazy comfortable with a bunch of seat adjustments including Zero-G when I'm chilling. The microfiber headliner is unmatched. 2nd & 3rd rows are comfortable but you can't be tall in the 3rd row. My cons: Tech is bound to glitch and it's happened a few times but nothing ever permanent or beyond once for any specific thing. Trunk space is only a thing if I can put down down one side of the 3rd row seats. Overall 9.5/10.

Very Happy

Our Santa Fe Hybrid is a great car. Only one complaint that the front seatbelts are difficult to buckle and unbuckle since they are so low and tight against the center console.

Great car for the value

The Santa Fe gives an exceptionally comfortable ride and my hybrid gets incredible mileage. There are some things I’d change - the control panel for climate control and sound is more confusing to use than it should be. I also wish the driver’s seat would automatically adjust based on the user unlocking the car. It takes far too long for the seat to adjust to the user after you start the car.

Happy as a clam

Got a steal of a deal at a used car lot when I purchased it with only 690 miles on it . I love the car. The hybrid gives power and it saves $ at the pump.

If it wasn't for the headlights

Not as many features that we wanted and the ones it has we don't use. The warning system is crazy and goes off whenever it wants. For example, we'll start and while we're fastening our seat belts it'll warn us to take a break.

We love everything about the vehicle except for two things. 1) It has way too many buttons and switches; and 2) the computer consistently reads 10-15% higher than the actual miles per gallon that it gets.

The safety features are outstanding. They make me feel safe. Of course the gas mileage is a welcome relief from our previous car. Do wish the wipers had another speed.
