Need For More Service Centers
While I love my new Genesis GV 80 coupe, I am very dismayed that finding Genesis dealerships and service centers is so difficult. I bought my vehicle at the Palm Springs California dealership because I live here part-time I wish to ship my car back to Southwest Virginia, but I found out that there are no dealerships the closest one being in Winston-Salem North Carolina, which is more than two hours away from me. It’s my fault for not checking this before my purchase. If I had known this, I would’ve not purchased a Genesis and I would’ve purchased a Mercedes SUV instead. It’s very disheartening, knowing that a big selling point for me was the concierge service which I will no longer be able to take advantage of once I ship my vehicle to Virginia. When servicing my vehicle, I will have to take an entire day to drive to Winston-Salem and if they have to keep my vehicle for a full day or longer than a day, it’s going to be a major headache for me.
