This NEVER would have happened at Perillo BMW.
My blind spot detector and lane change detection stopped working. I also had a notification of low tire pressure, but I didn’t have low tire pressure. They fixed the tire pressure notification but told me tracking down the camera detection issues had not been an easy fix with the computer. Further investigation would entail removal of the door panel to look for faults in the C electrical system and could cost thousands of dollars and still might not result in a solution. He gave me the choice of proceeding but recommended I not, which I agreed with…after all, I’ve driven without those systems most of my life just fine! He then sent me on my way NO CHARGE! This NEVER would have happened at the BMW dealership. Frank treats you like family.
