I have been a loyal customer for more than 20 years. Bobby Johnson is the best representative of a company any one could hope to have. I trust him completely and have relied on his expertise over the years. The problem I have is that if he is not there the service is not the same. There need to be some consistency at the Virginia Tire side. It is not the same experience. I have had many problems when my car needs to be service there. I don't receive call backs, my questions are not answered and there is a feeling that the customer is just a number. I don't like to even bring my car over to that side, I have many friends that I have referred and because of going over to the Virginia Tire side were very unhappy and won't go back. I truly believe that Bobby Johnson should be the standard of care for everyone regardless of what side you take your car too. I realize you have good people who work on that side but it is just luck who you get and whether you feel like you had a positive experience. I would give the shell side 5 stars but could not give the tire side more than 3 so I clicked 4.
