Very disappointing
I asked specially requested Rotella oil for my diesel, was told they ended up using Valvoline. Paid $220 for an oils change the Ford dealer charges $150 for with more premium/expensive oil (my fault for assuming they’d have fair pricing, I should have asked beforehand). The main point of my visit was to diagnose issues in my front end which would require lifting the front end up off the ground. I was told my truck exceeded the weight limit of their lift - they have a 10k lift and my truck weighs 8.5k, and they knew what kind of truck I had to when we scheduled the appointment. I’ll never return.
