Adriane, I sincerely apologize that you were not satisfied with the services performed at your last visit! As mentioned when we spoke in person, we would have been more than happy to address your concern of a clicking noise in reverse and resolve any issues that may have resulted from the coolant hose replacement that we performed. Unfortunately, when you came by for us to listen to your noise in the parking lot, we were unable to duplicate the noise or visually detect anything unusual or out of place pertaining to the repair. However, being that we were not given the opportunity to further investigate this during a scheduled appointment, we unfortunately were unable to resolve your concern. We are always happy to reassess any vehicle if a customer has concerns, and we always make it right when necessary.
