AWESOME PIT STOP
WOW! OH WOW! Which do you dread more a visit to the dentist for a cleaning and exam or having to make time for that stop at the shop for an oil change? Not the case at CARS AUTOMOTIVE GROUP! Telephoned to schedule an appointment and they were able to get me in the next morning. Arrived 10 minutes prior to appointment… they were expecting me and had everything prepared. My vehicle was taken back for service. I had the opportunity to enjoy coffee in the customer waiting area and get a bit of work done. Forty-five minutes later my vehicle was waiting for me at the front door. I so appreciate the superior customer service. WILSON at the front counter is always friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and resourceful. He not only treats you as a VALUED customer but as part of the “family” as well. So very grateful for the respect that he shows. As for the back of the house I am confident in their skills and training and trust that my vehicle is in very capable hands. They respect my vehicle while it is in for service. I have always found each member willing and able to discuss various issues and situations and offer up options to resolve problems. It is always such a pleasure to go to this business for service. I always look forward to my next pit stop and the chance to see the crew.
