This is actually a review of two repairs. The first one was my 2004 Tahoe that couldn’t pass emission test. It wasn’t holding all the OBDC monitors when the ignition was turned off and check engine light was not displaying at the beginning of the ignition sequence. They diagnosed it to the PCM but were able to get it reprogrammed with new firmware instead of replacing it. It’s running great again and passed emissions test. They called me throughout the diagnosis and repair requesting approval on new costs before proceeding. My crewcab needed new bulbs and sockets for the daylight driving lights and the windshield wiper fluid had stopped working. They again let me know what was going on and once they determined the pump was bad they gave me the cost of parts and labor and I told them to proceed. I am very happy with the service I received and how they treat their customers.
